Shipping policy

 

 Once your payment has been confirmed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped; this excludes weekends and holidays.  ALL CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.  PRE-ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE INVENTORY IS AVAILABLE.  You will receive an email notification with shipping carrier and tracking information when your order has shipped.

IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS INPUTTED INCORRECTLY OR YOU'D LIKE TO AMEND THE INFORMATION, PLEASE SEND CUSTOMER CARE AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY.  ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

* When placing an order for custom/pre-orders and you wish to receive all other items within the standard shipping guidelines, please be sure to place two separate orders.  Failure to do so could cause a delay on when you will receive your merchandise as the entire order will ship out once all items are ready and/or available.
